    Covid-19: 69 Mil

    Hello!

    It’s been a while.
It feels like it’s been a while.
I haven’t disappeared. I’ve just expanded the number of projects I’m working on. That means less nonsense, more creativity and more productivity.

The world crossed 69M cases yesterday.
And that’s reason enough to write an article.

For the past 2-3 weeks, the US has been hitting 200K+ cases everyday. And that’s a major accomplishment.
It is in sharp contrast to India, which has been hitting an average of 20-30K everyday.

I think these statistics are very useful in acknowledging liars and honest people.

Even at this rate, it would take the US at least 4 years before everyone is infected with Covid-19.
So the daily cases are still relatively small, but not a nonissue.

I remember seeing articles of 21M cell phones dropping off the grid in China. Analysts said it could be the number of people who died in China due to Covid-19.
Of course the CCP and Xi Jinpeeing would never confirm that.
So if you compare those numbers to the 296K deaths in the US, 179K deaths in Brazil and 141K deaths in India, it looks like the rest of the world still doesn’t have it that bad.

    Okay!
Predictions for the pandemic at the present moment – It’s 10th December 2020. Most of the people have resumed life as normal. Many do not even bother wearing masks or sanitizing their hands.
Are people taking the pandemic seriously? Nope!
It’s a money-making capitalistic world as usual. I think the only ones standing to lose are those who get infected. Companies will continue to run as usual. The governments will continue to function as usual.
There’s just too many people on the planet for them to notice anything significant at the moment.
Now if a million folks were dropping dead in a single day, everyone would scramble to take action.
But at the current death rate of 12K daily, it’s hard to notice anything.
According to the internet, around 385K babies are born everyday. Meanwhile 150K people die everyday.
So, unless the Covid-19 deaths climb to 100K+ daily, nothing will change. People are just not going to take the pandemic seriously enough to make any sacrifices in their normal lives. Weddings will go on, protests will go on, sports will go on, everything will go on as usual. Except education! Do you know why the academic system has opted for long distance online education instead of regular classroom attendance? It’s easier for them! It makes life a lot easier for the teachers, deans, principals, staff workers and so on. Matter of fact, janitors aren’t even needed any more so some may even be fired. Teachers can stay at home and spend more time in their chores and only show up for their respective class slots.
Who cares about the students? Who cares if kids are paying attention in class or playing games and chatting on Facebook?
Do you think the modern education system cares if your kid fails in school? Hell no!
The modern education system is a money-making machine. It’s like a casino.
You might think you’re getting something in return but you’re not! There are no jobs out there for undergrads. All the careers you can dream of require experience of 5-10 years on average.
The entire system is a mess.
The academic system makes people go broke, and the capitalist corporate system ensures they stay broke.
The governments are there to ensure that broke people accept their fate submissively and the entire system runs smoothly. i.e. the rich keep getting richer, and the poor stay poor.

Anyway, 69 Mil! For those who were expecting the pandemic to be over by December, the global stats have something to say…

    Covid-19: India’s Seventh Milestone

3 days ago – on Friday 9th October 2020, India crossed 7M cases.
That’s 13 days from the previous milestone.

Why have the number of daily cases in India dropped significantly while the country has opened everything up?
Have Indians acquired some magical immunity that the rest of the world is incapable of?
Or, is the Indian government intentionally screwing the numbers up to avoid overtaking the US by November 1st?

The US just crossed 8M cases.
India seems to be lowering the numbers slowly, to avoid global suspicion.

Are the government’s trustworthy at all?
    Look at Brazil!
Brazil crossed 5M cases and dropped it’s numbers so fast, it should’ve been some miracle by Christ standing over Rio.
    3139 cases yesterday. Only 3K!
And the day before that, it was 34,650.
Did nobody look at the numbers and question, “What the fvck’s going on?”
Will Jair Bozonaro share the secret of dropping the cases with the rest of the world?
Where did he learn that trick? Did he learn it from Putin?

So this is what’s going on with the pandemic.
    China covered up their numbers.
Russia followed suit. Along with Spain, Italy, France and Ecuador.
Now Brazil’s tired of being 3rd so Bolsonaro the bozo decided to drop the numbers all at once so some other countries could either catch up or take over.

Meanwhile the rest of the countries will by now have caught on to the fact that many world leaders are covering up their numbers.
If China had been honest about their numbers, this trend wouldn’t have become so widespread.

We can all thank China for spreading the Coronavirus and covering up their numbers shamelessly.
    Thank you China!
Thank you Xi Jinping for teaching the world a lesson on how to be dishonest!
Let’s have a round of applause for China.
Perhaps we can have a barbecue with fried dogs, raccoons, snakes and the world’s favorite – bat soup! It’s time to celebrate!
Maybe we can go on a tour of the Uighur museum afterwards – the world’s first zoo of human right violations where we can be entertained by a bunch of enslaved uyghurs dancing and clapping whilst singing the Chinese National anthem. And we can feed them with the Hans’ favorite delicacies consisting of roasted pets to show our appreciation for the Chinese national heritage.

China has gotten away with a lot of dirty deeds. And the rest of the world has determined that they too could get away with the same kind of sh!t if they tried.
From the China firewall to the extravagant surveillance systems to banning free speech to modern day slavery. China is the real world leader in screwing the citizens.
Where did they get that idea from? Next door neighbor Kim Jong Il. And the cancerous disease spread over to Russia as well.

    India is not far behind.
The crap that started in North Korea is spreading slowly like a cancerous growth.

    Covid-19: A New Chapter

    Time flies.
A part of me is grateful for having spent 5 months in self-isolation. It gave me an opportunity to reflect on life in general and distinguish the important things from the irrelevant crap that has plagued our modern world.

Today marks my last regular day on the internet.
From tomorrow, I won’t be accessing the internet like I used to.
    I don’t think I’ll miss it.
    I don’t think it’s very important either.
Personally, the internet has become a place for self validation. All these posts and journals and articles – for what? What have I really been trying to accomplish here? And who in the world cares?
    And that’s the big picture.

The pandemic reduced my scope and focus. It’s micro. It’s not the end of the world.
And as I spent more and more time reading the news and scrolling through hundreds of videos and comments and opinions, I became bored. I was frustrated because I was not making any progress in life. Time was flying by and the realization that it was all going to waste was awakening.

One’s life should always be focused on the big picture. What’s the most important things in life? What makes a difference in your life? What helps you grow?
For me, it’s the answer to the question: What’s the last thing I want to accomplish before I die?

And so the pandemic will go on. Considering my predictions, the worst is yet to come.

I have no idea what the future holds for me. I just pray that my health remains undisturbed and my work continues to flourish.

I’d like to congratulate India on attaining the 2nd position in the Covid-19 marathon.
I predict that India will overtake the US by November.
For the past few days. India has had twice, and thrice the number of cases in the US and Brazil.
As the Covid-19 death rate continues to make records, the population of dogs in India is increasing dramatically. Interesting phenomenon.

I have 4 months to make a difference in 2020. I already wasted 5 months due to the pandemic.

    Covid-19: India’s First Milestone

I didn’t really want to type another Covid-19 post. But one of the world’s alleged superpowers just crossed 1 Million cases of Covid-19. I think that deserves a post on it’s own merit.
Congratulations to the most densely populated country on the planet.
A few months ago, I’d predicted at least 300M cases in India. Now, I’m no astrologer, but for every Millionth milestone that India, and any other country reaches, I will push out, at the bare minimum, a post acknowledging the numbers.

And before anyone calls me a hater, perhaps they should focus on the people who are actually to blame – the governments and the people spreading the virus.

How do you achieve the feat of hitting 1M in mid-July from a few hundred cases in mid-March?
It’s pretty simple actually. You take a nation full of self-absorbed morons who only care about their status and looking good in front of others, and you combine that with the ultimate ignorance and arrogance that can only be surpassed by a Brazilian or an American. And of course, the Chinese, except that the Chinese have mastered the art of lies, deception, murder and betrayal as well.
The Chinese government led by Xi Jinping, is actually so dangerous, that they killed all the doctors, nurses, journalists and activists who leaked evidence regarding the Coronavirus when the Wuhan epidemic was initially discovered.

If a pandemic consumes a nation, who is to blame?

I believe the people are to blame. It’s the citizens who are to blame. Not all citizens, but the majority of them will directly, or indirectly, have contributed in some way or form to the spread of the pandemic.
So the majority of people have nobody to blame but themselves.

India is a third world country. And it doesn’t look like that’s going to change any time soon.
Of the 1.3 Billion people, how many of them are wearing masks, isolating themselves and socially distancing themselves at home, on the streets, and at work?

There are a lot of Indians walking on the streets without a mask on because they think they’re invincible to the Covid-19. These people think they’ve got some kind of superpowers or something.
Reminds me of one recently deceased ISKCON sannyasi from Mayapur, India, who went to Florida during the pandemic on June 3rd, where he of course, contracted the Covid-19 and later died from it.
Then there’s another Sannyasi in Europe who inspired devotees to gather in the temple and chant the Hare Krsna maha mantra during the pandemic.

I think both the Indians and Brazilians have a lot in common when it comes to ignorance and arrogance.
Perhaps the Americans aren’t too smart either since they thought it was okay to protest in large crowds but totally not okay to go to the gym during a pandemic.

Does anyone still remember the leaked CCTV clips of various Chinese people spitting on elevators and spitting on their hands and rubbing them on door handles and so on?
I’ve got a bunch of those videos stored somewhere so when the next ignorant moron comes and calls me racist or a hater, I can slam the evidence on them.

The citizens elect the politicians. The politicians make policies that affect the nation.
And if we have a look at the leaders of these nations, it is a sorry sight indeed.

The best that Brazil could come up with is Jair Bolsonaro. That is the cream of Brazil. Jair Bolsonaro is the best Brazilian of all the Brazilians.
This is what the entire nation of Brazil could come up with during their elections. They elected this fool. They voted him in. And look what’s happened to Brazil now. They’re close to 2M cases now. While the Indians celebrate their first M, Brazil is about to grab it’s second.
And how did that happen? An absolute fool was the chosen leader of a great nation, he completely disregarded health experts, and now he’s down with the Chinese flu.
Does anyone feel sorry for Jair Bolsonaro? Anyone?
Someone send him a “Get well soon” card maybe?

Then you have Trump, the greatest American of all Americans. Donald Trump defines the new generation of Americans. Long gone are the well-spoken, thoughtful, insightful, wise, respected leaders of the world’s greatest nation. Now you have a fool who gets mocked by every other American citizen on social media.
And who elected this guy? Jehovah? Jesus Christ?
Oh no! It was the people, the great American citizens who somehow wanted to make an already great nation great. How do they do that? How do you make a great thing great?

The media doesn’t respect Trump. The politicians don’t respect Trump. Even the little kids don’t respect Trump.

What good is a leader who isn’t respected by anybody?
And I think leadership is about respect. One quality of a great leader is that everyone respect him. Not fear, but respect.

Xi Jinping is not a respected leader. Xi is a feared leader. If you call him a fat ugly bear, he’ll get you killed. If you call him an incompetent moron who betrays his own nation, you might have to remain in hiding your entire life.
That’s not respect. That’s fear, driven by cruelty. And it only lasts long enough to build indignition and rebellion that results in a bloody coup.

If you wait for a dictator to grow invincible, you’ll never be able to get rid of him.
The Chinese waited for too long, and now they’re paying the price of their laziness by kissing Jinping’s hairy butt on Wechat and watching the Chinese government’s propaganda on TV all day.
Perhaps the Chinese could import a few dozen balls from the HongKong protestors before those become extinct too.

Narendra Modi is on the way to culling India as well. And if the Indians don’t wake up now, they might end up losing their balls just like the Chinese did.
There’s enough censorship on the Indian internet. I don’t know if Modi picked up a few tips from his Chinese neighbor’s walled garden, but it looks like the Indians don’t care about freedom anyway.

And now that I’m discussing Modi, this is the guy who locked down the nation when there were a few hundred cases, and then reopened the nation when there were several thousand new cases daily.
This man had no strategy going in. And he had no strategy coming out of the lockdown.
And all these guidelines issued by the health ministry held as much value as a donkey’s balls does to a squirrel.

However, Modi isn’t as dumb as Bolsonaro. Neither is he going senile like the silver-spooned Trump.
In terms of intelligence, Modi is comparable to Vladimir Putin. The man knows how to survive and stay in power.
But he knows that a third world country could never survive a long period of lockdown. So he pulled a genius move and let the country open up, leaving the people to fend for themselves. In this way, people can neither blame Modi if they caught the Coronavirus, nor could they blame him if they stayed home and became broke.

Since the Covid-19 has been on the news since January, I’m beginning to think that it’s serving a purpose here. Quite clearly everybody is aware of the virus at this point. People are aware of how the virus spreads, and they are aware of how they can protect themselves.
So, if somebody gets infected by the Covid-19, it raises the question – How?
How did someone get infected by the Covid-19 if they had been taking all precautions?
And if somebody is found infected due to negligence of the safety measures, then perhaps it’s time to rename to Covid-19 to the Stupid virus; if you catch it, you must have done something stupid.

Does anyone remember back in March, when all the governments and various health organizations were insisting that masks don’t work? Does anyone remember health experts recommending healthy people NOT to wear masks unless they were tending to an infected patient?
    The official narrative keeps changing.
Every day, doctors, researchers and scientists are discovering something new about the Covid-19. So officially, there is no concrete information available on how dangerous the virus is.

    Self-Isolation: The Road Ahead

It’s been 11 weeks since the lockdown begun. And while the majority of the country has opened up, I chose to remain in isolation.

I went to the temple earlier this week, just to check things out, see how everybody’s doing, and get a feel for what lies ahead.

It appears to me that I will have to remain in self-isolation for the remainder of this year. A part of me had seen this coming, but a part of me wasn’t prepared for the foreseeable future.

I knew this pandemic wasn’t going to go away in a month or two. And I knew from the very beginning about the number of casualties this pandemic would claim. I had made my predictions and published them for the record. Two months ago, I’d been talking about a daily record of 50K+ new cases in my geographical region. I said I was waiting for it, and I said it was going to happen. It was inevitable, just like the sun rises every morning, the Covid-19 cases would rise to 50K+ in a day. And while my geographical region hasn’t seen that rise yet, the US has made the record. 1st July 2020, 51,097 new cases in the US alone.

A lot has changed within the last two months. The world went from fear of the Coronavirus to completely disregarding any safety precautions against the virus. I don’t want to get into the details of who did what and why they did it. The bottom line is this: people did stupid things, and they were rewarded with the appropriate results.

I must say, I’ve lost the feeling of sympathy that I used to have toward people; well, most of it anyway. I’ve seen people make a lot of stupid and reckless choices during the pandemic. I believe a lot of people had the option to educate themselves about the Covid-19 during the initial hit in China. But I don’t think they did. I’m not sure if people think they’re immune to the virus, or if their sheer ignorance and arrogance makes them think they won’t catch it.

And this is personal. Just like the black people know if they don’t speak out against police brutality, their friends, family and even they could end up facing police brutality.

I know if people don’t stop acting reckless and isolate themselves, pretty soon, they’ll all be infected by the Covid-19. It’s just a matter of time before everyone around me gets infected, thus putting my health at risk.

I don’t want to get infected by the Coronavirus. I don’t want to suffer. I don’t want to experience any health problems. I just want to be healthy and live my life. I’ve had my share of suffering in the past. I’d rather not go through it again. And if some moron thinks that they can just go about acting the fool and get infected, and then come around and pass the infection to me, then they have no idea what a man can do for survival.

My survival instincts are much higher than the average guy. I can sense the danger before I see it. I plan things meticulously. I want to make this clear: when everybody’s dead and gone, I’m going to be around to live my life the way I wanted to. If anybody wants to outlive this pandemic, they’ll have to be really smart about it.

Recently, a video surfaced showing a Covid-19 response team throwing dead bodies into a pit in India. This is who human beings really are, deep down inside. If you’re in India, you’ll just be tossed into a burial pit along with a dozen other folks. If you’re in New York, you’ll be left lying in a refrigerated truck for months. And if you’re in Ecuador, you’ll just be abandoned in the middle of the streets. What’s going on in Brazil? How are they dealing with 1000 dead in a single day? I don’t know. But I will look into it.

I’ve stopped digging deep into the Covid-19 events for the past few weeks. Hell, I haven’t visited Liveleak in a while. There’s just too much dehumanizing content out there. It becomes hard to digest everything going on across the globe at once.

This post was supposed to be about me. But as usual, I got sidetracked into other things. Anyway, the plan is this: I’ve been stuck alone for 11 weeks and counting. My time hasn’t really been that productive during this period. With all the events going on, I’ve lost my mental focus on getting productive work done. So here’s my new goal: Post at least one article daily, start posting videos on Peertube, and make use of the fediverse accounts, which, quite frankly, have been lying dormant because I’ve just been too lazy to begin using social media again. Once I begin doing something, it’s easier to continue the journey. The difficulty lies in getting started.

The thing about me is – I don’t want to waste my time blabbering nonsense on the internet. I want to put meaningful content out there; something to ponder on. Everything I post on the internet has to make sense. It has to have a purpose. At the very least, I want my viewers to learn something new, or get new ideas from it.

There’s no doubt that writing has always been therapeutic for me. Loners like me either have to write, or engage in some physical activity to keep their minds healthy. Otherwise the lack of human contact starts to have an adverse effect.
