Inspired by the student protests the pensioners are revolting! As both Ian Bone and The Bad Old Days Will End have noted…

One new development at today’s disturbances in London was the emergence of a group of militant pensioners who could be seen urging the youth on to further acts of rebellion. Some of the wrinkled revolutionaries that I spoke to claimed to be members of something called RAMP-AGE, a kind of KING MOB for old people.

We should never underestimate the ‘silver surfers’, not so many years ago pensioners blocked the Humber Bridge in protest, and we wouldn’t want anything like that to happen again, would we?
