We meet on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at OffMarket social Centre, 121 Lower Clapton Road. Meetings are open to anybody who agrees with our broad principles (summed up on the ‘About HAG…‘ page).
Amongst other things, we have been:
– Planning for a discussion group (to take place on Thursday the 23rd of June at OffMarket)
– Organising for the strike action on the 30th of June in Hackney
– Chatting with Hackney’s libraries staff about the future of libraries in Hackney and how library users staff can unite to fight against funding cuts and reclaim libraries.
