Hackney Anti Eviction Network meeting

Let’s have another get together for the Hackney Anti Eviction Network, to discuss what’s next and to keep resisting house evictions in Hackney!

Come to The Rebel Dog, Tuesday 15th november at 7pm, 3a Evering Rd N16 7QA.

The first meeting was called by the Hackney Anarchist Group. Between 15 and 20 people were there. A phone tree was set up that includes Hackney Housing Group, Welfare Action Hackney, North East London Squatters Network and Hackney Anarchist Group, as well as individuals.

Everyone’s contact is saved on the phone and when there is an eviction, a mass text is sent out to individuals and the groups (who then forward the call out to their contacts).
