Malady…self-will….false sense of superiority….relapse.
We all have this feeling that we’re somehow alot better or alot worse. Superior exterior and an inferior interior. And again this spiritual malady we try to solve by focusing on the physical and mental. Trying to think myself out of a drink or will myself through it physically. When I put-off drinking I need to put-on sobriety…the spiritual aspect is the putting-on…the putting-off is the physical and mental.
