Silver Linings

Another quick update, just to say that we have now reached our starting loanstock target of £98,500 – which leaves us somewhat overjoyed! Not that we won’t need to find more finance down the line, of course. Oh, the serendipity of global uncertainty and a nose-diving economy to make our loanstock terms seem better by comparison!

In the meantime, if you do have some spare money burning a hole in the ozone layer and want to invest in radical housing co-ops, we can either direct you to other co-ops who are struggling for funds, or you can invest in Radical Routes…
