Thought Of The Day: Default Setting

A) Not true. “Anti-fascist” means that you are the counter-force against fascism and fascists. “Anti-fascist” is someone who takes an ACTIVE stance against fascism and fascists, in whatever form. Anyone else who does not like fascism, but does not take an active stance against it, is a “non-fascist”.

B) It is not the default position. Fascism and the rest of the Right have moved around, changed positions and taken to wearing different masks, and assuming different forms. Sadly this influence is growing and whilst overt fascism would repulse most people (Combat 18, National Action, etc), there are aspects of it which are increasingly being taken on by a wider public. As it stands now, non-fascism is somewhat the default setting, I will grant that. But this will not hold out for much longer.
