January 2015 – Saboteur arrested for causing chaos and mayhem

On 13-01-15 the driver of our car was sitting quietly in his car monitoring the Atherstone Hunt. PC Greg Rawisinski from Leicestershire Police arrived and asked for the saboteurs details. After being given his driving licence Rawisinski then threatened to arrest the saboteur because he feared the saboteur may cause chaos and mayhem at the hunt. The saboteur is then arrested for breaching the peace all because he was sitting quietly in his car. PC Rawisinski allows the Atherstone Hunt to move away from the area and continue hunting foxes elsewhere before de-arresting and releasing the saboteur. A formal complaint was made to Leicestershire Police’s professional standards however Rawisinski lied in his statement and no further action was taken.
