The Arab Spring is not senseless violence and stupidity. The London Riots are.Their fight is one for a decent way of life, and in welfare state UK, opportunistic looting. Okay unrest brings class struggle, but the people who are “struggling” get handouts from the government. Egypt, Syria, Tunisia – NO comparision, and to do so shows lack of understanding for people who actually have to suffer, not these first-world problems. A tragedy’s a tragedy, but these rioters are not respected as protesters amongst their community, just vandals and scum.
