I don’t know where else to ask my question: WordPress.com allows you to customise the CSS of your theme. It doesn’t look like Network23 has this functionality. Is this correct?
That’s right. There’s currently no functionality for editing the CSS for site specific themes. There used to be a plugin for WordPress that made it possible, but I don’t think it works with the recent versions of WordPress. It introduces a lot of complexity in the platform when overriding the default functionality of WordPress to allow site specific changes like this and makes upgrades and maintenance more complex too.
Im using the AutoFocus theme and I have configured the side bar but it doesnt show. Just the one it came with.. anything can be donde?
you are not alone with this problem

it is not your issue – it is just the way that theme is set up to work. unfortunately, you may need to choose another one – You can recommend one to use if there is not one suiteable in the list of themes.
