On our network23 site it says that plugins are not enabled and there is no option to install plugins. We were trying to install a plugin to allow users to Follow our posts, is there a way of doing this?

Try now you should have the ability to disable and enable all of the installed plugins for your site. You cannot install your own plugins; we have to do that for you. If you let us know what plugin you require by emailing us at dev23 [at] lists [dot] riseup [dot] net, we’ll take a look at the plugin, and take it from there.
