If you decide to try and squat in a residential building, you will want to draw as little attention to yourself as possible. Even in a non-residential building, it is up to you whether or not you display a “legal warning”. It is not a legal requirement to do so – the law is the law regardless of whether there is a notice up about it and squatting in non-residential buildings is not against the law whether or not you state this openly.
