Rwanda was thrust into the International spotlight for all the wrong reasons. In 1990, the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), a rebel group composed mostly of Tutsi refugees, invaded northern Rwanda from Uganda, initiating the Rwandan Civil War.
Throughout the early 90’s while we were all raving and throwing shapes, listening to big speakers making silly noises the people of Rwanda suffered a brutal struggle which culminated in the Rwandan Genocide.
It took until the late 90’s and into the ’00s for the process of reconciliation to begin. They replaced the flag, anthem and constitution but still deep down in the national psyche something was missing….
We believe that what the Rwandan people desperately need now is the Rave experience! It’s time to bring the 90’s Rave tunes that brought us peace, love and Unity and took us to a higher level into the Heart of Africa. Let’s share what we have with the poor bleeders that didn’t experience it the first time around.
Yes Yes People – Listen up It’s Time for Raveoke to Rwanda – Let’s ‘ave it!
We have the technology! We’ll bring Rave music in a Karaoke stylee so that the people of Rwanda can sing along to it as they put their hands in the air and go mental 90’s style!
If we can get 1000 people to join this mission then we are buying a great traveller bus filling it with rave juice and we’re out of here!!
Soon the cities of Rwanda will be ringing with Raver Patter. Imagine it!
“Top One! Nice one! Get Sorted!”
“Mental Mental Trancendental!”
“Where are you from and what are you on!”
This must happen!
