Herb Spiral Workshop with Helene Rudling of HCGC

This shows the second part of a day long permaculture course which was run in partnership between Arcspace Manchester, Hulme Community Garden Centre and Leaf St Garden. After a morning session on the theory of permaculture the participants came to Leaf St Community Garden to put some permaculture into practice by working on the huge herb spiral there.
