Sir Ed Davey, 50, unemployed of Kingston, former Minister for Higher Education Fees, hasbeen awarded an Honorary Doctor of Cuts by the University. Knighted this year for services to the Tory Party during the last Conned-Libdems coalition, Sir Eddy told graduands, “The work you would have done to improve our world is no longer possible because you have sacrificed your future income to repay the extortionate fees we promised not to impose. Sorry about that.”
