The ASU Police Video Chronicles: Volume 1 Legitimacy Edition

Check out the video here: https://vid.me/8vRf

It looks like more people are speaking out about the INTEGRITY FREE ZONE of the Arizona State University Police Department.

Hopefully they keep the hits coming. Karma must be catching up to some people because one of the reprobates exhibits three signs of an imminent heart attack.

If you find anymore wonderful links send them in the comments section.

Why is Mike Thompson sweating buckets? Signs of a heart attack yes, but you could have keyed in on signs of lying because he has plenty. The sweating, looking away from the subject, looking down and away for the answers he knows are false.

There is so much useless fluff coming out of Thompson and the ASUPD publicity campaign, it might convince some ignorant public, but anybody in the business of law enforcement will look at his original video and laugh. The video rebuttal was funny and I’m looking forward to seeing more since they say it’s one part of a series.

When six Police Officers are filing a lawsuit against a small police department that’s a clear sign that something is seriously wrong within that organization. This is something that simply does not happen.

The debilitating staffing turnover of tiny ASUPD is another clear sign that something is seriously wrong within that organization. The list goes on and on.

I haven’t read the complaint yet, but when I do I’m sure all of it will be a familiar day on the job for my time at ASUPD.

  3. DontLOLmeJP says:

Two thumbs up on the video. I laughed out loud for minutes, but a few questions remain to be answered.

    1. Why was this lying pile AKA Chief Mike Thompson having Gilbert PD stationing a unit outside his house?

    2. Did Commander Lyin’ Lou Scicibonehead get turned down from Gilbert PD? I’m assuming so because he’s still running around the Tempe station like a nervous wreck.

    3. Any updates on the lawsuit? Has anyone heard anything?

    • yurhuckleberry says:

      1. Because he wants people to think he’s the victim, he wants sympathy. Amount of people fooled by this fakeout = 0

      2. I heard he was laughed out of the room with no comparable accomplishments to rival the other contenders. Way to go Gilbert!

      3. No idea, the people I know aren’t talking.

  4. DL500unit says:

These immoral scumbags, command and not the troops, need to be taught there are higher standards for Arizona law enforcement and they are an embarrassment to the profession. The whole department needs an ethics refresher in real time.

The lyin’ lip service coming out of sacks of shit in double stuffed suits is no substitute for public safety management. When I was watching the video I smiled when it said the truth will come out because that is how we should be living our lives, that was the intent of this profession, but it certainly is not how it’s practiced as the Arizona State University Police Department.

    • yurhuckleberry says:

When I talk with officers from other departments I don’t need to explain anything because they have already heard about the Arizona State University Police Department.

  5. ASUPDsmokeNmirrors says:

Their attempts to obtain legitimacy are a a big joke, everyone sees through them. Officers walking out the door? More useless promotions that cost tax payers more money and give that employee a license to do nothing to help the public stay safe.

This video pokes fun of at the leadership and there’s plenty of material there! It also hints at the lawsuit and I hope they get exposed! The public has a right to know the truth.

    • yurhuckleberry says:

It takes more than photo shoots and video stunts to gain legitimacy and everyone but them understands this. Pssst, don’t tell them. I want them to keep doing what they’re doing for my own amusement.

  6. BurningheapofFail says:

They disassociate themselves from the problems, blame subordinates, nothing has changed. They allowed a ineffective, unimaginative, absentee chief to be in charge of the police department for 14 years and were either unaware of the issues or indifferent to them as long as reported crime stats were low.

I actually think Thompson is worse! He lies to himself in his sleep and believes it. The truth about him will be known far and wide.

Thank you Shady POS Pickens, thank you for setting a despicable example for how low ethics can go. It looks like Mike learned a lot. Certain people have cheapened the value of the badge and it’s no wonder the department can never get it’s act together. It’s no wonder ASUPD is a running joke within the Tempe PD.

  7. Justanotherdispensible50 says:

NICE! The video asks WHY? They lie because they do not have scruples, they don’t have a moral gag reflex that would prevent a reasonable person from doing something wrong. I’ve seen it first hand and shake my head every time. These people just don’t get it.

The only way to survive here is to surrender your dignity and consistently kiss the right ass or keep your mouth shut and maintain a no personality and non-threatening profile hoping the wrong people won’t target you on the playground.

They are more interested in silencing the people who disagree with them than addressing the problems of public safety and human resource management. This is a luxury of university policing and eventually our luck will run out.

There are research proven successful management methods and they are ignored at a university of all places. Nobody holds them accountable for success. Goals, do they have any?

I think of the phrase, “One rotten apple will spoil the bunch.” That rotten apple was John Pickens. He was a miserable leader who promoted the most despotic counterproductive traits in his command. His promotions are like the scat an animal would leave to defile a place and make it theirs by making it so disagreeable to others.

Only government can operate this incompetent and remain in business with no motive to improve. Thompson has no leadership ability, just an asset kissing prowess and that’s clearly what matters to his bosses.

I would go as far as saying the likliness of things going wrong has increased. For the sake of the public we serve, our families, and our own safety I hope I’m wrong. I’m glad these assholes are finally getting sued. The public surely deserves better. GOD SPEED.

    • WheresMy907 says:

All staff should just say no to working overtime, let the newbies get burnt out. Remember, the department makes nearly dollar per dollar what you make per hour in overtime. They use this money to make us increasingly top heavy and this hurts the workplace. It allows them to extend failure longer.

    • Justice4all says:

They are not concerned with facts. Facts are truthful and that is not a value for as police command.

  8. Getitright says:

Hahaha! I love the video, make more!!! When will these idiots realize that nobody is afraid of them and their nonsense.

The criticism is going to be there as long as the department and university continue to back people who have no integrity, no common sense, no relative experience, no empathy, and no respect. It’s an outrage.

This isn’t just a few disgruntled employees saying this anymore, it’s a consensus.

    • Justice4all says:

Fear is their favorite tactic, intimidate for silence. People have had enough of having their lives and futures damaged.

  9. Twocents says:

Nice video guys! Let’s get some more. It gives me warm fuzzy satisfaction to see some unapologetic asshole sweat about the idea of taking on the responsibility of their actions.

    • Justice4all says:

      It was entertaining, very enjoyable.

    • yurhuckleberry says:

Mike in his own words takes any legit rating down to zero. He’s searching for words and rambling on about mumbo jumbo fluff. I laughed out loud when I realized it really wasn’t a joke, he’s serious.

  10. ComeOnNow4real says:

Everytime I see that man’s face I want to vomit. I think of all the backwards morale defeating crap he’s allowed to happen to the troops because we’re still dealing with Pickens’s leftovers and Mike is one of them.

The video was funny, but my favorite part of the video is seeing Mike Thompson stuffed into a cheap suit, sweating, spewing out mumbo jumbo you can tell he doesn’t really believe as somebody put exciting music to spice up the mess.

They really believe this is promoting the department in a positive light? Uh, try again. Word of mouth advertising by actually doing something is the only credible and effective way.

  11. WheresMy907 says:

Thompson looks like a mess teetering on catastrophy. The stress of poor management and his detrimental leadership have quickly caught up to him.

We are once again delayed on forming a shift change schedule in 2016, same story from 2012. We are still moving officers from one campus to another every shift to barely have coverage.

Thompson’s answer…create lieutenant positions, sergeants… What a fucking joke. Leadership, leadership, leadership. I can’t believe his bosses are this foolish.99

    • Justice4all says:

Hey, you said the “F” word, time to launch an internal investigation against you. AND THEY WILL. You’re right, it is a joke. The Mr. ROGERS part was only half as condescending as command. Does anyone know what happened to Commander Louis S’s attempt to leave? Did somebody start asking commanders to work? They should be assigned to work patrol, work a campus by themselves.

    • yurhuckleberry says:

He had his chance and blew it, nobody trusts him. You are nothing without trust in this business, even at ASUPD.

  12. yurhuckleberry says:

Sweating is the least of his worries because it looks like he shit himself. Judging from his panic threshold, that’s very possible. Bullies are fearful people acting out.

Maybe a brown suit would have been more appropriate. Maybe not being another useless self-serving immoral cunt like Pickens would have been more appropriate for a police chief also.

I hope he enjoys what he has caused others to endure in the workplace and by the look of things that’s already happening. I was so happy to hear him and those other defilers of honor, of integrity, of the badge, have been named in a lawsuit.

If he lies half as bad in court as badly as he lies in this video everyone will take notice and see him for what the troops know him to be. The department is too small for bi-polar, sociopathic management to go unnoticed.

  13. ASUSUCKS has done it again!! VOLUME 2 is out!! Everyone SHARE THIS VIDEO. They completely TOAST Morgan Olsen and Mike Thompson. What a huge embarrassment for ASU they are..

    Watch it here: https://vid.me/ZGW0

    • Getitright says:

Are they going to start randomly interrogating employees again? They’re not going to fix any issues. Frankly, I’m surprised command kept their jobs.

  14. OneFlewOverTheCuckoo'sPD says:

Wow! Couldn’t stop laughing after watching the video.

Brilliant job in accurately portraying the miscreants in the ASUPD.

Can’t wait for the next video!

  15. Farewell says:

The photo of good ol’ Mikey looks like he’s gonna vapor lock. Not to worry, it’s probably the hot salsa he just consumed.

    • theintegrityreport says:

Chief Mike Thompson looks more uneasy and scared than a Sunday school teacher who was dropped off in a nudist camp. Throw that man a life preserver. He’s so scared he called allegedly called Gilbert to sit and pull guard duty outside his residence in the dangerous hood known as Gilbert AZ. Give me a break.
