Sussex Stop G8 is a group of activists from Sussex who have come together to oppose the G8. Newcomers are very welcome at our events.

Monday 3rd June – Prop/banner making for the London Week of Action: 3.30pm @ Cowley Club, Brighton. Come and help us to make props for the big events in London in June. Talented artists needed! And if you’re untalented but enthusiastic (like most of us at Sussex Stop G8!) we would still love your help!
Tuesday 4th June – Stop G8 open planning meeting: 6pm @ Cowley Club, Brighton. Help us to plan our local actions and help us to prepare for the big week of action in June. Get involved!
Tuesday 4th June – Stop G8 Info Night: 7.30pm @ Cowley Club, Brighton. A presentation explaining about the G8, what it is, why to oppose it, and Stop G8’s plans for our week of action in June. You can also find out how to get involved in the week of action!

The Stop G8 Convergence space opens on 8th June – we will be meeting at 11am at Freedom books in London to go to the space together – email stopg8 [at] riseup.net if you’d like to join us.
